Project: Washington Blvd

What a spectacular site we had from the beginning. What we were challenged with because of no prior pre-construction involvement was a project $400,000 over budget and three months behind the anticipated starting date and ready to be abandoned before it even began.

Because of our previous association with the architect we were called in to see what we could do. After our original meeting with the owners we agreed to take on the project if we could go back to a modified form of pre-construction the point from where we would have preferred to start and by employing a combined construction management, design build, fast track construction method, to build their dream home.

Fourteen months later they moved in. Not completely on schedule we were off by two months, not completely within their original budget we were off by 10%. Were they satisfied with the results? We got an A+.
