Project: Newman Road



    We had a schedule that was some what dictated by the sale of our clients existing home and their plans to expand their family. Once we had completed the concept estimate we adjusted square footage and amenities continually throughout planning to stay within budget restrictions then we moved to preliminary drawings and a preliminary estimate.

    The results were as expected and we immediately bid out the entire project, let subcontracts and then began by carefully clearing selected trees on a beautifully wooded site to provide an access road back to this very private building site.

    The house was fast tracked with decisions on finishes made enough in advance to allow for a succession of planned installations and approved building inspections that allowed the home to be finished one week prior to the birth of our client's second child and the baby being brought home from the hospital to their first custom built home.
