Project: Enid Blvd

Before

After

This was an existing waterfront home site that was not only very narrow it also only had road access. As a result during pre-construction planning we had to anticipate what to bring to the waterfront of the home prior to the start of framing and material drops.

We began with the demolition and removal of the existing home, built the foundation and basement walls, placed and inspected the underground utilities and services, poured the basement slab, shored the walls and then brought in 50,000 pounds of ledge stone and boulders and built the seawall. Once that was done we begin framing and completed the home.
